Our mattresses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty
All mattresses are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 10 years depending on the product. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only and does not cover:
Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect your mattress upon delivery. If there is visible damage, report it immediately. By accepting the delivery, you confirm the mattress has arrived in good condition unless otherwise noted at the time.
Payment Terms
All sales are final once payment has been received. Payment is required before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery Conditions
Standard delivery includes drop-off to the front door, garage, or nearest ground-level access point.
If delivery involves stairs, internal setup, or placement beyond ground-level access, additional charges may apply.
Mattresses cannot be carried upstairs without capable assistance from the customer. If you are unable to assist, you must arrange for someone to be present to help at the time of delivery. If no assistance is available and delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery fee may be incurred.
